Le personnel de l’établissement est d’une incroyable gentillesse. Les employés sont très polis et toujours attentionnés. C’est remarquable. Les repas proposés au buffet sont variés et bons.
La plage (celle dans laquelle on peut se baigner) n’est pas celle où se trouvent les logements du Resort. C’est dommage. En fait, il faut prendre des navettes (très régulières) qui vous emmènent de l’autre côté de l’ile. Le trajet dure environ 10 minutes. Vous accédez à une plage bien équipée (transats, serviettes de bains et lieu de restauration. En revanche (mais ce n’est pas du fait du Resort), l’eau n’est pas très propre. Les employés sont obligés de passer régulièrement sur la plage afin de ramasser des déchets plastiques que la mer ramène sur la plage. Quel dommage car le cadre est pourtant très agréable mais cela rend les baignades pas très agréables. En revanche, le Resort dispose de deux belles piscines. Autre bémol : même si les différents restaurants proposent des plats variés et plutôt bons, les tarifs, eux sont assez chers par rapport aux tarifs Malaisiens locaux. En fait, étant sur l’ile, vous n’avez pas d’autre chois que de payer les tarifs européens. Idem pour les autres prestations proposées telles que les massages par exemple.

Tout est cher sur place, le prix de la navette qu'il faut forcement rajouter. Nous avons fait une rando avec RANGER payante qui n'en valait pas la peine

enregistrement facile dès la Jetée du « Marina Island Jetty complexe », avec un espace dédié privé ( a gauche de l ‘embarcadère pour Pulau Pangkor): bateaux rapides pour une quinzaine de personnes. très beau complexe, très grande chambre ( 75 m2), 2 dressing, 2 lavabos, baignoire en plein air, belle déco, lit de 2m. très belle plage, Emerald baie, eau vraiment émeraude, sable très fin, très bien équipée. très bons restaurants, 1 est un buffet, les autres sont gastronomiques, il faut réserver. personnel adorable. spa très agréable, chaque soin est précédé d’un rituel d’une heure avec massage chinois des pieds, bain balinais, bain japonais avec gommage du corps, thé vert, thé noir, le tout compris dans le prix.
la Clim de notre chambre, très très bruyante malgré notre demande d’intervention. Attention à ( tout) réserver en avance, promenade en forêt, restau, bateau du retour.
